Workplace Health and Safety Management
Ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and contractors is an important part of effective building management. We coordinate regular safety inspections, maintenance activities and compliance related servicing to help identify and address potential issues within common property areas. Our team works closely with contractors, body corporate managers and committees to support ongoing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and fire safety requirements.
We retain and organise documentation relating to safety inspections, servicing and certifications for committee review. This provides a centralised record of completed works and compliance related activities, while the body corporate manager maintains the formal audit trail and compliance documentation processes where required.


Governance and Record Keeping
Effective building management relies on clear communication, organised operational processes and strong collaboration between stakeholders. We work closely with body corporate committees, body corporate managers, contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities, operational requirements and building related matters are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Our role is focused on the day to day operation and presentation of the building, including coordinating contractors, monitoring common property conditions and supporting the implementation of committee decisions where required.
